ACTA, the world-level SOPA/PIPA bill that would have effectively strangleholded the world's ability to share information, is DEAD!!!!!  Hurray!

In a landslide vote, and especially after hearing such disdain for the bill by the massive net community, the euro parliament decided 478 to 39 to kill the bill!  This is indeed a great day for everyone in any nation who enjoys youtube or enjoys looking up new media to test out/use.

The war isn't over though, and it probably never will be.  It's going to be one new thing after another from the lobbyists of the corporate money-grubbing world, trying to buy out politicians.  But today, in mass, thanks to us netizens, the politicians told them FUCK OFF!
