Need some help on my server figuring out a problem

So why would the protocols register different from my same executable?

Ok, this is what it kind of looks like:
stock Q2 client to my server uses port 27910 & 27901.
r1q2 to a tasyserve uses port 27990 & 58817
r1q2 to my server uses port 27910 & 19713

My server runs on the standard port, and this particular tasty server runs on a different one, but the second port for r1q2 on both servers is what's different.  Does protocol 35 use 58817 to transmit?

I wonder if that's that other "serverport" setting. I'm not too familiar with it.

I assume one is send & one is receive.
