If You want competetive and Fair CTF, there is no other than Golgo13's CTF.

...how can it possibly be "competitive" if no one plays it? do you get  your mom to lan with you?

Sometimes i see 2 Golgo13 at his server.
He probably has forced respawn on, and plays against his other idle client.

Probably to make his server appear higher on the list on q2servers so more people will notice it.
