This one has a spiked nade model in it, possibly causing the violation.
If this is known for sure, this ought not to be hosted on our web space.
Well, it's been there for years untouched.

Well, I don't think you should remove it. It has a lot of cool textures and sounds in it. I uploaded the pak without the spike in it to 2shared.

Residue, Im getting the exact same problem

Ive just upgraded my laptop to DELL XPS L502X i3 and since then, every @60 secs, everything freezes for @1-2 secs, unlocks again and can continue

I have tried the 'force Vsyns=Off' in my Graphics Card Settings and rem'd out each of the lines '1 at a time' in the Q2 autoexec/Config to find the issue but still the freeze occurs. Did you resolve your issue?

I say no bright projectiles either. Shares all the small combined advantages of spiked projectiles, except for two(+ time to react to projectiles because you see the spike before you see the actual projectile, and +better judgement with the blast radius).

The question is, are these two factors significant enough to define the distinction between allowed and disallowed? I don't think so really. But then there's the question of what's "best for the scene". . .

Most players today would prefer to complain to server owners / admins if they weren't allowed to play with certain pak files opposed to removing them. So, allowing it makes stuff more active.
