Getting disconnected

I hjave been dropped or disconnected several time in the past week.  there is a short line at the end not sure the exact words, but it says "disconnected by peer"  what dose this mean?

If you could post the exact error message, that might help.  Which server is this happening on?  What q2 client are you using?

I play mainly on railz and i am using r1q2.  I went back and played some more but it didn't happen.  I do knw that the message ended with the word "by peer"  I guess i will have to let it happen again and be quick on the draw to get the complete message.   Thanks

Railz has been having a prob with going down here and there,  but I use r1q2 as well,  and when it goes down I dont get
any mssgs,  reminds me,  I have pics from when it has gone down.  Always seems to do it when I just did something.
I'll dig thru em and see if I can find one or two.

Hi, thanks.  That's strange.  Can you tell me:

  - what server this happens on?
  - what version client you are running?  (i.e. type version into your console)
  - what operating system you're using?
  - what kind of connection?  cable/DSL/dialup?

Oh, the railz server

It's having stability problems.  From the logs, I can see it's crashed at least three times today. 

So far I don't know why it's crashing.  It seems to happen on any random map.
