HOW do i ...

Well my ping has been 100 at tourney4. But my ping us supposed to be 9 to 15. How do i traceroute. i konw that i have to go to the cmd.exe and type in traceroute east.tastyspleen.net.. but then i dont know what to do after that ??

When the traceroute completes, right click on the text, and choose "Mark".

Then left-click-drag to select the text.  Then right click to copy the selected text into the clipboard (the selection highlight will disappear at that point.)

Then paste the traceroute here...
