I had the same thing with 2 pc's in 1 week! In one case it was a 1 gig stick out two gigs of OCZ Platinum editon ram going bad. In the second case it was one of two fans seizing up in the power supply (Antec). Good luck!
P.S. The system you just built will perform great for most of your needs.
