no gun?

i cant see any gun that a person has, its all the same gun SG!

  Weird, maybe you deleted some of the models or somehow something got corrupted. Probably best to download the 3.20 patch again -> http://tastyspleen.net/quake/downloads/q2-3.20-x86-full.exe
Extract the files to a temp location and browse to the players/male folder. Copy the following .md2 files to your own baseq2/players/male folder:

a_grenades.dm2
w_bfg.md2
w_blaster.md2
w_chaingun.md2
w_glauncher.md2
w_hyperblaster.md2
w_machinegun.md2
w_railgun.md2
w_rlauncher.md2
w_shotgun.md2
w_sshotgun.md2
weapon.md2
weapon.pcx

You can do the same for the female player if needed.
