Maybe you're just colorblind and the skin blends with the map.

what was his skin?  Theres a bot detection skin out there that if someone uses and you have,
you wont see them.

Spec them,
and after awhile you will be able to tell that other ppl,  who dont have that skin,  CAN see them. 
Maybe....

This happened to me on the DM server as well...
They stayed invis..  even after I saw them die numerous times,  but following him it was
obvious most ppl could see them.

If its that invisible bug,you have to ASK them to type KILL to rectify the situation. You can be fragged any number of times without becoming visible to everyone else.

i have had this happen to me a few times running around and no ones shooting at you... i have a few funny demos of just following people around the map and when they try to turn around and go the other way they get stuck on me and can't figure out wtf is going on.. anywho from what i remeber i caught a few stray rockets in the teeth doing this and came back invisible again.. only fix is for the person to disconnect and comeback or wait for the end of the map.

Dude axe, you might wanna try using a smidgen of tact when you demand that
the server admin do something for you, considering you give him nothing in return but an ear-load of shit.
You've never, to my knowledge, used please or thank you or anything short of an outright demand, to try and get your way around here.

Try and prove you aren't a prick, who thinks he's entitled to a bunch of free servers that run only for him and maybe
that naughty invisibility bug will leave you alone.
