Sheridan Spinkick Demo

Here is a demo showing off the new spinkick feature implemented in to Sheridan by Wheet. You can see how some general usage of it can really be beneficial to your game. Demo also includes some total ownage of a couple 'not very skilled' players... (spinkick made the ownage a lot more interesting!)

Couple good boots in to the lava towards end haha...

I will make spinkick cancel enemy weapon fire and it will be even more deadly.

Couldnt that be abused though? eg set an alias to constantly spinkick, thus make you invincible from enemy fire?

The current problem is if you spinkick someone while they are firing their weapon the weapon will drop but they will still keep it and it will still fire because a weapon cannot drop during the fire process. This is a problem for weapons with rapid fire or a long delay, such as: chaingun, BFG and hyperblaster. So what I need to do is have the current weapon seise fire if you are kicked, that way the weapon can drop and change successfully. I will fix this when I add the timeleft command in.

It doesn't at all make you invincible and flooding the client/server with an infinite loop of spinkicks isn't acceptable. I thought about adding a cooldown to the spinkick but that makes it a lot more challenging to land, it does take some aim and skill to initiate well. The only real way to abuse it is to add "...;spinkick" into every one of your binds, which would be a big hassle to do, EXPECIALLY for the +toggle aliases.
