my main reason for saying all of this is that everyone seems to care more about doubting people's abilities then praising them for playing well, or hitting a lucky shot.

While that tends to be an issue too that I've seen, specifically when you outplay someone else, 9 times out of 10 they say "Man "I" am playing crappy today", instead of giving their opponent credit for playing well. I don't think it pertains to this post though, as this is singling out an individual, that I think people honestly had suspicions against, and were asking for others opinions on this particular individual as well. End result might just be that some people are now giving A2G more credit as just being a good player, and are now less convinced he's using a hack of some sort. Or perhaps they're more suspicious, who knows =)

What I've noticed in q2 is that 90% of the time I have beaten someone in 1v1 it was because that player:

1- didn't have sounds or was listening to music at the same time
2- was lagging
3- was trying new settings
4- had a new mouse
5- hadn't played in the last couple years
6- was on the phone during all the game
7- had a friend over and was talking while playing
8- the list goes on

So I've came to the conclusion that I would have never beaten anyone if they were playing at 100%. So much for outplaying anyone...I must be the worst player on earth.

Yes, it is sad that people can be so immature.

People don't NEED to say anything during a match. Yet, people who say things like "yawn" just show their paper thin ego. The "yawn" comment is so transparent: they want you to think "ooh this guy isn't even impressed by me beating him" whereas it is clearly saying "I'm losing and can't accept it, I'm a sore loser, and I'm just going to act like it doesn't matter." If it truly didn't matter to them, why would they say that?

What bothers me the most is knowing that people are really like that in their soul.. beyond some frustrated, regretted, comment in a game. I can hardly imagine living life in the real world as such a person.

And, yes, Ax is a solid player that I really enjoy playing. And, in my opinion, none of the shots or demos show cheating, rather solid gameplay.

I was talking in general.

At 2pm today on tourney 4, I had the same experience. This guy said "hi", he starts losing, complains about my play and that I'm botting, curses, and quits mid-game. So silly.

I always thought "yawn" was sort of an insult. Like, you're so crappy, and so trivial for me to beat, that it's boring.

That's some funny shit. For those of you who haven't viewed that demo and only watched the video, or who ran it and never any other demos before, and didn't see any problem with the way it was recorded... Well, I'd like to use the word, but I can't get it out of my mouth. Hell, all you had to do was tell me about the demo and could've proven that's not how it happened. The number of emergency flicks I've done and you've seen everyone else do and think that's the way it happens? Demo... demo... demo... NEWBS! Oh, I said it. It burns, it burns.{Obnoxious mode off}

Thanks to Daelmun for being a voice of reason, and anyone else who saw through this travesty of a thread, but I would've thought the errors in that demo spoke for themselves. No comment to those who never asked, but only assumed. Maybe I should never have posted here at all and kept playing, but there'll always be people who don't understand how I do what I do.

BTW, I've now seen all those other demos and I can't believe how many mistakes I make or how far I've fallen. Hard to believe I'm watching myself play... damn. If I can't get my brain geared back up I should probably just quit competitive FPS gaming entirely.
