Strange intermittent lockups on IRTDM2

Like the thread title says... there's strange intermittent lockups on IRTDM2. I've changed maps hoping that would cure it, but it didn't. I haven't done a "killserver 1" to try restarting it because I wasn't sure if that would wipe out any ban lists in use.

IRTDM is not having the same problem apparently, although when I got there, the lift on q2dm1 was doing it's "all the way into the sky" thing it does when the server sits empty for long periods, which ain't a problem, a map change fixes that.

Just IRTDM2 doing the freezing thing.

This is still a thing. Still freezing movement every few seconds.

Also, I remember that Dervish had added the option to add bots to the game (I can't remember which ones, don't think it was zigbot, definitely wasn't rambot), I think only on IRTDM2, but I'm not seeing any options for bots on the tab menu on either IRTDM server. I typed addbot in console and it said bots weren't allowed or something. Is there a way to add that back? I have rcon, is there a way I can get FTP access as well?

Derp, nevermind on the scratched out part. Yeah, gladiator bots are still there. I don't anticipate I'd make any changes to the servers, but if it would help me be able to correct whatever this problem is with the momentary freezing rather than bugging an admin, I'd still like to have FTP access.

Also wouldn't mind getting FTP access back to the old EoM server as well. I had it saved on a txt file, but it's on my old deceased winXP box.
