High ping for weeks

I normally ping 210-220 then 2 weeks ago all of a sudden in the middle of a game the server froze, shut down then ever since my ping has been 300ms. it seems to have effected no one else. I was hoping it was just a temporary thing but 2 weeks on the game is unplayable. Pausing every 5 seconds with lag up to wazoo
