Ping is Doubled

Just wondering if anything has changed recently on the servers of Tastyspleen. My ping wen't from 40 to 85-90. Was fine a month or two ago. It is fine on other servers like Acme. I tried to reboot my modem it hasn't fixed anything. Here are my Tracert replies if this means anything... The 9th trace is when it hits 80's..
