the physics act SLIGHTLY different under the origin point of the map
take for example the 64 unit crates on dm8 vs the ones on dm1, dm1 is above the origin so you cant jump straight up onto them, but on dm8 they are below so with a high cl_maxfps you can jump right up onto them

Ok, so me and n00k1e found out just how big of a difference there is between a jump being above Z-origo, and one being under..
I made a map with two impossible circlejumps (same lenght), one were like 128 units under Z-origo, and the other one was 128 units above.. For the one under the Z-origo, we could hax it with a cl_maxfps of 999, and it became easy as hell.. With the one above the Z-origo, using a cl_maxfps of 999, was just as useless as using cl_maxfps 20!
Didn't matter what engine we used.. So, there's probably some "bug" in the source code, that should've been fixed!

and ive figured it out.... takes 91 fps to jump onto a 64 unit crate in a SINGLE jump... however you can do it by jumping twice in the 60s range

Also, we found out that jumping towards XY origo, is easier than jumping away from it..
For example:
- A jump from (x= 128), to (x= 448), is harder than a jump from (x= 448) to (x= 128)..
- A jump from (x= -128), to (x= -448), is harder than a jump from (x= -448), to (x= -128)..
And same with the y-axis..
