I went to bed at the end of the 3rd Q. Up until I stopped watching there were 4 bad calls I think? The first 3 were in favor of Florida, then when Miami got a bogus call in their favor Florida's head coach blew a gasket. I chuckled, and the announcer at least said what I was thinking: 'The calls have certainly favored florida so far but this one sides with Miami' haha.

Miami blew it big time in the red zone in general, but especially in the 3q that one time. Florida even gave them an extra set of downs. It was a good trick play when the kicker ran with it 4th and 1. They probably would've got in the end zone had that counted. Can't believe they missed that FG. But yeah, FL's defense saved them especially in the red zone. Miami only had success when they were spread out.

Never understood that mascot. Then again the "Tar heel" mascot is a ram lol. I've always thought the tar heels was a unique name in a cool way though at least.

It's that time, and I actually get to watch some games today. Downtime at work for the first time on this rotation so I'll leave here at about lunch time.

Florida is better, but Miami has great athleticism as usual. Combine that with it being a semi-rivalry game, everyone's fresh, and first game jitters it'll probably be a close one. Rooting for Miami to help the ACC's strength of schedule.

Only other game today is Arizona Hawaii.

Oh damn. I just saw the game is at 7pm. Now I'll be pretty bored this afternoon.

A big thanks to Rivera for taking the preseason game against the pats seriously playing every starter and Cam Newton walking out of the stadium in a boot. :raincloud:

Yeah, probably. College would've called it. He welcomed it with open arms though

That hole was huge. I guess the QB's vision is worse than the effort on the line.

"Hey, let's go stick it to trump and the white supremacists by burning flags and desecrating the graves of veterans at the historical black cemetery! "

That's our electorate.

Unfortunately, many of these polls from the major pollsters are self-admittedly biased in favor of Democrats. Some are worse than others, and it's kinda unclear if it's intentional or unintentional due to the specific demographics they may target for opinions. But just from looking at that... I'd assume a good 55% or more of the people they asked were 18-25.

And HOW - THE - FUCK do Nixon and Johnson get more favorites than Truman, and AS MANY as Roosevelt? That's Fishy as fuck right there.

A little more info about the major pollsters:

https://fivethirtyeight.com/features/which-pollsters-to-trust-in-2018/

If you scroll down to the graph, it would appear that "plus-minus" and "avg error" might be the most important stats, but look at the last column. ALL of them show bias towards the Democrat candidate.

Yeah the poll is fucked. It's not just catered to Democrats but millennials in general. I was born at the end of the Carter administration, most of the people that voted in that poll at the end of the clinton administration.

Check out this link from HP. The title is misleading.

We tied into the existing beach elevation(a couple hundred ft away from dune) so how is it anything to do with rising sea levels? Lefty media completely exposed at my workplace by that simple fact. The beach is 75% umbrella/beach towel/tourist space and 25% hurricane prevention in all honesty.

Why aren't cdc stats ever published regarding gun DEFENSE? Yes, I know that whether the opposition possessed a firearm or whether it was truly necessary would provide better context to the statistic. BUT, why is that stat NEVER published?

I wish the left thought like that.

No surprise being the most similar country to us.

I also saw that Bill Weld is currently the only opposition Donald Trump has. He's not a terrible choice, but the majority of moderates leaning either way aren't registered republicans. Trump should win against anyone in the primary. I'm not familiar with most of the democrat candidates, but I'm sure their most reasonable candidate has zero chance. :lolsign:
