Server: tastyspleen.net:27999 (http://tastyspleen.net/quake/servers/list.cgi) (or type `GOTO TS500` from any Q2 server where WallFly is present)
Map: city64
Fraglimit: 500
Timelimit: none (usually takes about 90 minutes)
Gametype: Standard FFA, first to 500 wins
When: Saturday, June 24th, 8 PM Eastern (5 PM Pacific, 1 AM London)

Haven't played Q2 in awhile?

I might as well try to be a part of it since a 20th event is only a once in a lifetime type of thing and I don't care how badly I will lose at it. It will be very enjoyable I'm sure. :)

I also posted about this over on the QuakeOne forums. Maybe some of those folks will drop in.

Question: Will this be broadcast live on Twitch or something? I was gonna post a link to the live stream on the Q1 boards as well. I tried clicking the TastyspleenTV link both in Jehar's signature as well as at the top of the forums, but it kept wanting to download some file.

Is this just showing up as a warning message? Or is it actually preventing you from joining the server?

I crashed mid way through and had to reconnect. Console said my two frag counts will be added together :notworthy:

I will still only be mid pack, but it is nice to see where I end up on the overall list.

I definitely need to practice on this map though. Couldn't get it figured out in time. Getting lost/stuck down in the hallways and catacombs was not helping :bigcry:
