I must say, South Louisiana is NO fucking place for a cycler. they dont build enough bike paths, the roads need an upgrade and shitty, and every now an then you have drunk and rude drivers, and then traffic congestion.
I had a friend that texted while I was in the car, I told his ass to stop that or pull over and let me out. Thankfully he stopped. It's just not smart or safe.
I'll text and drive every once in a while, but I definitely pay enough attention to driving to stay in my own lane. 9/10 times I'll just wait until the next red light though.
Ya, I have a habit of occasionally playing with my phone too. an accident waiting to happen will happens fast in such a short amount of time.
I was hit by a bus on a bicycle while riding on the right lane on a two lane road. Fortunately, though I received no injuries, my bicycle was totally messed up from the shock of the impact, and as i fell on the road, I could see the bus wheels passing by my head which had me fucking scared for days.
Thing is that I've could have been killed or seriously injured, as i was not wearing a bicycle helmet.
For drivers, please watch out for cyclists and motorcyclist, as they have the same right to the road as you do. Cyclists, please wear a helmet, no matter how dorky it'll look, it will save your brains and blood from spilling on the road pavement like mines could have been.
Sorry Admins, I have no idea of making any contributions to the community. I can't afford to donate money right now, and im just not creative enough for maps/skins n shit. Hey I've been positive to everyone (not in a mean spirited way) since i've been back. Real criminals get off with good behavior don't they ? man, this bus stinks, the food service sucks, and this bus is just rolling around taking me nowhere. Shit, all I can do is donate a few bucks, teach kids to say no to hacks and drugs, don't talk to bots and trolls.
