Has any1 here ever played a quake 2 mod called "gloom" ? Im having trouble connecting to the server, it displays this message when i try to join:

just going on the record, i'm a novice and not qualified to make any determination. however, just applying some common logic in hopes to correct this little situation without putting too much stress on the community.
i see the IP's changed nearly less than a week apart? is it possible this could just be a mistake? perhaps someone spoofing that name through proxy? (albeit almost impossible due to random ip generation?) i don't know anything about subnets but if IP's change all the time, then isn't it uncertain unless a traceroute was done? there should be someway like that to verify that the route is always the same. it's not so easy to change a ISP. some players have static ips which would be certainly a easy way to determine such. just thought i'd throw that out there. curious. just asking.
