installing works like on windows. exctract the quake2 from ftp://ftp.idsoftware.com/idstuff/quake2/ copy your pak0 to baseq2 and put the content of my link in the same directorys as you would do on windows.
make sure you set gl_swapinterval to 0 otherwise quake2 runs crap, but this is also known from windows.
hey guys as the topic says im looking for an android port of q2 with console and alle the stuff u need. ive tested the free version from the play store, but this client has no http download, keaboard and console, thats makes this client rly crappy to use
thanks to all for the help. i found the problem. any of my server connected and disconnected all the time form anticheat server (dunno why), so i got a ban from the masterserver. i already talked to r1ich and the servers should show again soon!
I'm not the OP. (original poster). i was just sharing information with the OP on the masterservers from my config. i only host 1 server. it is a local one. i have no problem with seeing it in the q2server browser.
fish is having problems. i just figured he didn't have the right master servers in his config. there seemed to be a little confusion as a result .. my mistake. disregard that. so now that's out of the way, you can concentrate on his issue.
"setmaster master.q2servers.com" what is wrong with this master server? i posted this on my 1st post.
