Apologies for unintended meanings, GYN. Sometimes I come across sarcastic unintentionally. I never knew [H2O]EZ or Devious so I missed the context.

And yes, let's bring all the EZs together sometime :p.

Thanks for the history lesson GYN. Good to know that EZ has been manifested throughout generations upon generations of gamers!

Normally I wouldn't post a demo like this, but the last time I asked him to 1v1, he told me not to waste his time and went obs. The tables have turned! This demo is a good example of why relying on the railgun doesn't get you far. EZ.

A humorous demo that truly is 2 EZ(s). A funny scramble to take mega at the beginning, an air rocket or two, an instance of "nade clownage," some ssg and rail haxing, and numerous cheat accusations. If you can forgive the sloppy movement at times (I think we were both laughing too hard to play properly), you'll enjoy this demo of action that is EZ on the eyes.

gyn: i'm touched to see that my judgement of your character matters to you. i agree that this kind of communication is one-dimensional and probably a misrepresentation of our actual personalities. if i'm incorrect for thinking that your comments toward me generally have a condescending air, then that's my mistake. i just usually get that impression.

granny: your ability to avoid processing what i've said in previous comments yet still respond to them is amazing.

gyn :well, "lil fella," i state my opinion based on how you come across. i know you love to nitpick on textual details, but honestly, we both know that i'm not implying you are actually the one leaving injured people behind. come on. you know how to spin things in a specific way, and condescension is something that consistently comes across. how's that for consonance?

granny: "in any case i should have more armour and health than u so i can go kill them for u to spawn them after." i disagree. but, you're free to play how you want, that's fine i don't care, but realize that your teammate is going to be low and defensive if you're stacked, not chasing after spawns, especially given the limited resources on a map. you think i'm a bad teammate for not dropping weapons... well, i didn't have any. and if you want to focus on weapon drops, you didn't drop me any chains (got them from enemies), and you gave me rails only in the last minute.

eFights like this are rather pointless, especially over a dm1 pickup. i think everyone's said what there is to say and that's that, no hard feelings, life goes on. the end?

p.s. -  gyn, which poems?

if i had a nickel every time gyn missed the opportunity to patronize me, i'd be a poor man :p. you say, "be a good boy waff and just go run around and pick off the injured i leave behind," but really i don't think this happens any more than the reverse situation is true.

if you watched the game from my perspective, you'd see me usually with no armor or in some awkward spawn situation. looking through granny's pov, i see he actually didn't take too much unnecessary armor, which means ar probably got it. i think we just have different ideas of teamplay, seeing that i am almost never in the same place as granny, he is usually pretty stacked, and i am usually pretty low. he is content to chase people down and go for flashy kills, and i would rather try to retake mega first. i know gyn wants some way to pounce on this post, so i might as well give you something to talk about :p. is there a purpose to good teamplay in pickups? in a typical situation, any decent player can choose to easily rack up kills, or instead make "sacrifices" to play for the team.

but really, forthcoming discussion aside, just another dm1 pickup is really just another dm1 pickup.

Nice to see a continuous (and useful) stream of teamplay binds. I would love to see more demos where dz faces stronger opponents... I don't know much about these evl guys but it seems like they couldn't keep up at all.

i have both of the 1v1's played between DaHanG and naymlis that evening. i think i switch pov in the first one once. anyway, both were entertaining and since it seems like there's demand, i'll post them together in the normal 1v1 and tdm demo section of the forums. enjoy.

EDIT: Go here for the demos:

A whole bunch of the oldies come back to q2 for a fun night of gaming. Here's the one I got to play in... maybe not the greatest variety of weapon usage (sorry!) but how often does waff get to score so well with big names on the board? Gg.

after being accused of hacking by so many different parties tonight, i've been prompted to put up a demo so everyone can see that i am in fact _not_ using any sort of hax. don't watch if you don't want to see lots of shittalking. otherwise, it's a moderately entertaining, pretty fast-paced demo with huge egos getting it handed to them  :yuck:. i do what i can, folks.

p.s.- additional demos from tonight can be uploaded upon request, but only to satisfy the skeptics or the amused.
