I was hoping that you would arrive to give your expert opinion.

As you will see from previous post - Vae has made many claims, but he has presented no evidence to back up these claims.
Even with my minimal knowledge of the law, I see the possibility of Haunted having a case for slander.

I've been dwelling on this for awhile, and I've decided to pursue legal action.

After several false accusations, editing a condump, and saying that it's a "known exploit" if NADL kicks you for something(this is the old server for my league, this is incorrect) the only weak position is yours. And, you're the one that tried to hide the truth in a fake condump.

how blatant can you get? its funny what people do when they think they arent being watched. Now lets hear all the excuses from admin to try and debunk this.

A shot at the wall in a 12 second 3rd person YouTube video is blatant? I'm not even sure if that's even mildly suspicious or not let alone "blatant"(I'd lean on no). To determine that I'd need to actually watch him play specifically in a demo.

Xpoze(skyline) was unbanned in 2010 if I recall correctly and was forced to AC at that time. It sounds like you think he was recently unbanned from the ban in 2006. Past cheaters are definitely on the radar of admins, but is there a reason other than what happened years ago for why you're frustrated over this? Don't hesitate to send condumps and demos.
